I have an owl ring that belonged to my mother. She had it with a collection of similar owl pieces that have the hallmark of Velma and Blake Lesansee. The ring, however bears the stamped initials JC, so I presume the ring is not a Leansee piece. I would appreciate any help identifying the artist, since I would have to hold a seance to ask my mother about the piece 
There are some slight differences between the owl on the ring and the owls on the other pieces, but the overall design is real close. I will have some photos soon to post if that will help, but Iām wondering if this was made by an understudy / apprentice to the Lesansees?
