Initial hallmarks, especially two stamped letters can be very difficult to identify. This is a Navajo made necklace and looks like it has some age, maybe 20 - 30 years old. I did come across an EE hallmark in Barton Wright’s book for a Etta Endito, but couldn’t find anything on an internet search that matched your hallmark. Thanks for sharing.
