Bracelet--is it Native handmade?

I got this bracelet a few years ago. I like the design, but I’ve never been quite convinced of the authenticity of it. There are no marks. What do you guys think?

You think of an eagle or birds being more of Pueblo culture, but the style of work here would be Navajo.
