Can someone help me please identify the origin and authenticity of this watch band? It came into possession as an inherited piece. Disregard the watch, it needs removed.

leave the watch removal to an experienced silversmith familiar with opening the pieces covering the watch pins

Thank you. I’m actually near Scottsdale and am visiting a native silversmith to have another vintage piece repaired. I’ll take this piece too for watch removal.
