Hello, the work appears to be Navajo. I felt at first that maybe the W was some flaw in the silver work and had nothing to do with the hallmark. However, everyone I showed it to believed it was part of the hallmark. With that said I could find nothing in the books or website resources I use. Good luck solving this mystery. Thanks for sharing.

The second one is clearly the work of Willie Shaw Navajo, the top piece could be Wilbert Secatero and just a bad strike. Hard to say for sure.
