Welcome to the forum. I have seen this attributed to Adam & Rita Teller. The style is Hopi not Navajo, which makes you think maybe this is a manufacturer. Canyon de Chelly is a location, not a last name. Seems like I have seen this mark before on Navajo style pieces.

I have a pair of very 80’s clip on earrings, purchased new, with this hallmark. After new education, I’ll be testing the flat incised disc of turquoise featured on these earrings…
