Recently acquired some jewelry from an estate we cleaned out. There is a large collection of turquoise necklaces, earrings, rings in conjunction with other vintage costume jewelry. There are markings on this pendant (JLC) and It opens and closes with a magnet. The set of earrings pictured have (R S with some symbol like a sun ray or something similar) that I have tried to research and cannot find information on. Does anyone know what these hallmarks are? Are these items of any value?

The turquoise-colored pendant is a base-metal Asian import with a likely howlite stone, not Native American, not turquoise.
