Yes, according to Hougart - p377
Raymond has used the arrowhead hallmark for the last couple of decades. So I imagine this script hallmark is an earlier one, and that makes sense. If you get the chance to look through the Glittering World publication you will see some early work by Raymond and Lee that has this traditional design. Thank you for sharing.
