This is all machine made. Manufactured. No telling what the blue material is, but it’s a fair bet it’s not turquoise.

Looks like the brand Carolyn Pollack Jewelry (also associated with Relios Inc., and more recently lines like American West Jewelry). She is non-Native American based in Albuquerque. She does use Native American jewelers for her designs. I think she also sells on QVC. So her items are not hand made.

Yep! I knew I recognized that mark! Her stuff is collectible by some. But it is definitely not hand made one of a kind pieces.
