Can't find info on my new ring, was a gift

Recent gift from a friend. Don’t know anything about it. Got this marking on the inside I think it’s ma/frd or malfrd… Can’t tell… am just wondering about it. Is it real? Fake? Any help would be awesome

Looks like some symbol(s) an “A”, a line or large T and “FRO” OR “FRD”

I think it’s Ramone Platero (Navajo) according to art-amerindien.

It looks close but he used a lowercase “r” in Platero, where this has an uppercase “R”

I agree with @AC, all my Platero pieces (Ramon and Louise) have lower case r. Are there other Platero’s that might use upper case?
