I just finished reading this article from the July issue of AZ Highways. I know it’s not about jewelry; it’s about the dangers of floods in the desert southwest. It’s so beautifully written. I cannot separate my Native American jewelry from this area, so I thought I’d link this article. I apologize in advance if I shouldn’t have, but I know many of us travel out there.

…thanks for posting. I have been to antelope canyon…so gorgeous. I think you can only go to antelope via reservations with the Indian tribe that owns the land and they are probably very cautious of the weather.

Welcome! You are correct. You must go by guided Navajo tour. I believe this started precisely because of what happened in '97.
