Hello. I have a Concho belt that is marked RS. I’m wondering if that could be Roger Skeet or Roger Skeet Junior. The belt does not appear to be very old as it has some shine to it. Although I guess it’s possible that it was polished up. I will post some pictures. I was wondering if anyone would have an opinion on the maker and possible value as I need to sell to help pay for a family members spring college tuition. Thank you

First thing I would do is have it tested for metal content. Not saying it is, but to me this looks like it may be fabricated from Nickel (often called “German Silver) with zero actual silver content.

Its a classic design that Roger Skeet Sr. started, have seen this center cut out design in a turquoise cluster style that was amazing. Roger Skeet Jr. uses this R S stamp and it would be one of his creations. He is either in his 80s or 90s and still making jewelry. I would imagine this belt in Gallup would be $1200 - $1800.
