Cool ring with cracked stone

I found this cool ring online that I really like the shape of. Unfortunately it has some cracks in the stone. How can the stone be repaired? It it possible to repair it and still have a stone that looks good?

A lot depends on how it was set. There are many lapidary artists who could remove the sstone and glue it back together, if it is not glued in place to the setting.
Another possibility is filling in the cracks with resin, that has turquoise dust mixed in and the dust of the tan areas.
After filling in, the area would be polished.
This would be an expensive fix.
A lot depends on the cost of the ring and how much you want to invest in repairs.
