This cuff is not marked for maker or metal fineness but tests as sterling. The half round wire frame has grooves in it and the ends are reinforced on the back and then blunted at the end. The 3 turquoise cabochons are flat bezel set on one piece of sheet silver(rather than three separate pieces) and attached to the frame. The matrix is a rich warm brown and the turquoise is almost teal. Could this be #8?!

No. 8 is my initial thought. I have No. 8 cabs with matrix that varies from almost black to chocolate to light brown. Nice older cuff!
