Any help with the hallmark and valuation would be greatly appreciated. Hallmark is stamped 3 times, 150gr total weight, better than 925 silver. Four turquoise stones total.

That is a heavy bracelet. Silver is around $26 making the piece over $100 before we get to stones or the coin. The problem is this watch bracelet style is hard to sell. Your conversion makes it a more desirable but it also changes it. $200 - $250.
