Dale Evans Rogers HELP!

I am a magnet for the truly weird! This piece has me baffled! The hallmark is more like an english on(Victoria Reigns Crown). But the style is similar to NA and the subject matter is definitely Western. Any help would be much appreciated!!

Very interesting find. Just a question in my mind. The Christian cross appears 2x in this hallmark. The Rogers were devout Christians so I wonder if this is their own brand hallmark (or not).

I managed to track down that Hallmark and it is vary much similar to a British Victorian hallmark for Sterling. Not that it helps!

My gut feeling is that this piece is a one of a kind updated collectible. The colorized photo of Dale looks hand cut with scissors as opposed to something that would have been die-cut for perfectly clean edges and fit if mass produced.

The crown and cross stamp really has the look that it came from “the other side of the pond” and my best guess is underneath Dales photo will be a Queen of England or some kind of royal occasion commemorative portrait.

Previous owner was either big Dale fan or figured she would sell better than Queen Elizabeth 1 on this side of the pond

wanted to add that the type of pin on the back also gives clues to the date or era of the piece
