Picked up this buckle just for ha ha’s (a buck or so) and haven’t been able to find the makers mark. Stamped on the back " 100% hand (very light possible “made” ) and Denver Colo with a mark in the middle. Appears to be Nickle. Any ideas on who made it?

Thanks a bunch, I saw that in my searching but couldnt find a mark. Those are some expensive buckles for not being silver!
