Hi! I was trying to learn more about the turquoise in this necklace. When I googled this company it suggested that the turquoise might be natural, dyed or completely synthetic. It is heavy and to me it looks like some Chinese turquoise that I have seen. But you guys are the experts! Any thoughts or comments are appreciated. Thanks!

Desert Rose Trading is a company run by Jay King. He is frequently on HSN Shopping TV channel. They call his shows “Mine Finds by Jay King”
I believe he is an honest guy who is transparent about his gemstones and their treatment and origins
He also has an outlet store in Albuquerque called Desert Rose Trading. I understand that it is excess inventory from his HSN shows. It is open four times a year for one month, seasonally.
