Does anyone know this hallmark - an "S" with a line through it?

I am selling this ring and would love to know if it is Navajo and if anyone knows the hallmark. Thanks!

I have looked through Barton Wright’s “Hallmarks of the Southwest” and can not find this hallmark. Thanks for sharing.

I believe the hallmark is that of Dakota West Designs of Albuquerque, New Mexico.
