Just wondering an approximate value for this piece. I can’t find much on the maker.
Ramone Platero’s has a wife by the name of Louise. This must be her hallmark because when I first glanced I thought this was Ramone, his Platero looks like this. She must not have made many pieces, or usually used his hallmark because you don’t see this hallmark often. Ramone was known for quality turquoise and silver leafs. If we had this piece in the store it would be marked around $120. Hope this helps, and thanks for sharing.
