Did someone describe this to you? What did they say? Value wise it’s always helpful to think of the budget your gift giver normally works with, because that’s the most probable. 
It’s Nepalese/Tibetan. Probably $19-35 ish, some fancier versions go a little higher. Google will help further. Enjoy your bracelet.
