The mark is C arrow symbol S
can you please resend images, I can not enlarge them to see mark.
I am not familiar with this mark, and I didn’t find anything in my resources. I came across a name Cecil Sanders and did a google search, did cluster work. You might do a little research with that name. Good luck.
