Hallmark help request on bolo

Hi all!

I found this bolo at a boot sale outside of London. I haven’t been able to match the hallmark and was wondering if anyone could help me identify the artist.

It’s a fairly large piece, the size of the palm of my hand. I think the hallmark is either AT or RT, but I’m not sure x

I don’t recognize the hallmark but, have your tried using the google lens to try and find a match?
