Welcome to Turquoise People. I couldn’t find anything with my first quick look. Can you provide a picture of the craftsmanship so I can see if we are looking at a Navajo, Hopi or Zuni piece?

Sorry for the delayed response but ive been out of town for a spell. Here is the front side of the ring. I still have no leads after days and many hours of searching books and the web.

I am going to make the argument that maybe the artist just wanted to put a mark and jewelry making is more of a hobby. That hallmark looks to be two stamps and the silversmith uses that bottom stamp repeatedly in the design of the ring.
