Hallmark on a Bolo Tie Something WEST?

I cant make it out. I don’t usually see the hallmark on the dangle tips either. I am guessing maybe a trading post or silver house?? Anyone recognize it? Nice color of turquoise as well.

Looks like it says Deborah West, but I am no expert so maybe someone who is will be able to say for sure.
