Its definitely hand formed soldered and I’ve seen Navajo necklaces with similar chain.

Thank you for sharing. We get chains just like this from Navajo silversmith Sally Shurley. It is definitely a handmade chain and I would be comfortable calling it Navajo. Did you acquire the chain in the Southwest?
