Heavy old turquoise cuff with questionable hallmark

Older cuff I came across unpacking some estate jewelry I purchased years ago. Quite heavy (84g) with a deep strike S and off-set D hallmark. So atypical of what I’ve seen for William Singer, but he may have done an occasional piece other than chip inlay (?). I have no idea what type of work S Dixon produced. Any thoughts?
