Help identify hallmark please

Hi all,

Hopefully not going to waste anyone’s time here!

I’m in England and purchased a pendant recently that I think may be Navajo. However this subject is all new to me so I may also be completely wrong!
It is hallmarked but I just cannot attribute it to anyone and would be incredibly grateful for any help you can give.

Many thanks
Fiona

This does not look Native American made. The silver work is different, usually pearls aren’t used, and generally Native American jewelry doesn’t have a 925 stamp (generally it is stamped sterling, and older pieces may not have any marks). I’m not sure where this originated from, or what the green stone is, and I couldn’t find the mark which doesn’t seem to be a Native hallmark.

Welcome to Turquoise People! If you read a lot on here you will learn and get a better feel for Native American jewelry.

Asian origin (Nepal, Thailand, Bali). Welcome to the forum.

If the hallmarks on the bail are real, then at least the bail was made in London in 2008. 800 silver. Not sure what C S stamp means.

<C|S> would be the markers mark - initials

Thank you all for your comments.
Slightly embarrassed that it’s turned out to be an English hallmark after all!
I have found the forum really interesting, so will definitely be back…
