I love birds so I put in a low bid on this and won it for a good price. I think it’s a bird anyway! If it is, what do you think it is, and does it have any significant meaning?
Also, I’ve never heard of the artist, Willie Archie Talahaftewa, but I’m pretty new to collecting, so no surprise. Would this be Hopi?

Very impressive!! Are these done on hide of some sort?

@AC , they are done on brown paper that has been crinkled and straightened out about 10 times to imitate animal hide.
