Hello I could use some help identifying the maker, and if possible the approximate age and type of turquoise in this cuff bracelet.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have any idea what the letters are? HTV? HTM? When I first glanced I thought it was MTV 
I looked for a hallmark using HT + something, and had no luck.
As far as the turquoise mine, it’s just an educated guess without any provenance from the artist or seller (if the seller/store/trading post is trustworthy).
