Can anyone tell me who the maker is on this piece and when it was made? Also, how much it’s worth?

Not exactly the same but looks something like your mark listed as “AD” under “unidentified marks” on this site.
“AD” maybe a good guess?
Wasn’t able to find more.
Even with thorough searches, many times won’t find the maker’s names. I think much info that wasn’t written down or that hasn’t been processed through the internet is now a thing of the past.

The closest thing I could find in the reference books was an Alice Dubois, but I couldn’t find any examples of her work doing a google search. Think of this like a $90 - $110 bracelet.
