Hoping there’s some rock hounds out there that can tell me what this stone is. You can see into it and it has little red spots. On the edge it’s black with small green spots. It looks like a slice of a geode.

Can you tell me a little about the stone? Is that glued saw dust in the center? Is the stone hard, have you done any mohs scale testing on an edge? How about the piece, where did you acquire? Previous owner tell you anything? Most geodes we see have a much more defined pattern, how do these two colors come together, is it smooth or you feel the transition?
