Hey guys, been a long time since I came across something I needed help with. Hopefully one of you recognize the style and the mark.
It appears to be VERY old, the claw is weathered tremendously…but is still a gorgeous ring. Any thoughts and info would be awesome !! I took photos of the stamp from two different directions, if that helps.
You should have shared something more difficult :). This looked more like a symbol to me, but didn’t help me find anything. Lots of times the artist who does the setting the stones and silver work on the top of this style ring isn’t the same as the one who made the cast ring shank. We get shanks like this from a guy in Zuni and then give them to different artists to make rings. Maybe this is some type of shop mark? Also, your ring definitely has some age and it just might be a pre internet piece and not enough shared information out there.
