Help to ID a turquoise & sterling necklace and bracelet

Hello,

I am trying to ID an old necklace and bracelet I recently purchased. The bracelet has “S Y” along with an arrow mark and the necklace is marked Sterling with a maker mark. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Alan
