Bit hard to read, but to me it looks like the stamp on the back reads ‘Hecho en Mexico’ which would suggest that the buckle is of Mexican origin. The turquoise looks real

i agree 100%. Hecho En Mexico. (made in mexico) The metal work almost looks alpaca, you might test it to see if it’s sterling. If it were mexican sterling, it would almost certainly be stamped as such. the coral looks fake to me.
