I need help. I found this piece going through some old boxes. My mom gave it to me over 20 years ago. I don’t have any documentation but there is a stamp that I cannot make or or locate. Any ideas? It was purchased in New Mexico but I have no idea where. I’d just like to know more about it and the value of it. I’ve done a silver test on it and it is sterling
