! I don’t think this is turquoise but what do I know? If it if faux why use serrated bezel for non-turquoise. Not marked on silver part but it does show black when I polish the metal. Turquoise is just to perfect looking. Help

Wish I knew enough to help you. I know enough to say, if it is real turquoise, it is spectacular.
It is always difficult to tell from an image but I do believe this is block. These stones are still cut from a plastic block and have to be set, the idea is everything is the same as a real turquoise piece. You have to remember that this style of jewelry is very important to the Zuni and Navajo people. It is worn at special occasions. Sometimes it can be to expensive for a family and this is an excellent alternative. Looks like it is real silver.
