I bought this ring at an auction with a bag of smaller rings for next to nothing!
Does anyone recognize the hallmark? I’ve tried to find it myself but I’ve run out of options.
I would love comments on the stone as well.

Great looking ring. I couldn’t find a matching hallmark in any of the reference books. The closest was a mark attributed too a James, Virginia & Willie Jackson. This one makes the most sense because we think of this ring as Navajo work, and the majority of other bear claws are associated with Hopi artists.

It is a big ring, something new like this would be pricey. $180ish
