I need help identifying the mark on these earrings

I can’t tell if there is a small W. and if the larger initial is an LB or a CB. Can anyone help me identify the artist?

The hallmark appears to be El Tom. I have attached a bracelet with the same hallmark, You can find others if you google the name.
