Would anyone be able to provide any information on this cuff please.
I am not really sure if it is NA or even genuine, there is not any markings.
I am not even sure if it is sterling,I have a feeling it is plated,but it is a nice piece and a good 3inches in height.
Is it an import and are the stones genuine or fake,I have cleaned it as it was dirty.
I have searched the internet but cannot find anything similar

IMHO your bracelet looks genuine NA. Coral looks Mediterranean. I’m not good at turquoise ID. Navajo-Arts describes a similar piece as garden of leaves, mid-century. I would still have it checked for silver.
I agree with @StevesTrail, the style and construction appears to be NA. It appears well made with 5 wire construction. This type of cuff would not be silver plate: in my opinion, it’s likely sterling. A jeweler could easily check it for you.
