Another possibility is Running Bear, you want to check out the style. Running Bear employs a number of silversmiths and uses their house stamp for the work.
Doesn’t Running Bear have the RB inside of a bear?
The Elkins family has been having jewelry made for a very long time and that stamp has not always been the same. Does seem like you do see the newer pieces have a bear with an rb in the inside. Is this piece newer? I have also seen just the RB. Navajo artist Richard Begay has a very distinct style of art and the most popular guy with an RB hallmark and gets lots of work attributed to him.
