I’m certain that this is a low quality star ruby, not the chakra stone you mentioned.
I can see the hexagon crystal structure on the underside, which is found in this type of ruby and sapphire. I have several of these stones myself.

You might see a faint star in direct sunlight.

It’s in pretty rough shape. It could use some serious rehab on the polishing wheel.

It tested as sterling weighs 25 grams what would the worth of it be?

I used a silver calculator that uses today’s silver market value.
But don’t expect $18. A scrap metal dealer will offer you less.

Yep, star ruby, in person it may be a really pretty stone, but from the pic I think it’s a $5-$8 stone at a gem show. I don’t believe there would be any added value beyond the scrap price Stracci gave you.

Of course, the stone itself, though interesting, would not be “scrap-able” so its weight would have to be deducted from the total. Cool scrap tool, Stracci!

Its unusual and really interesting.
I would call it artisan made.
Do you see a star? It’s hard to tell from the photo.

I saw a star when I took it outside there is like a hexagon too?

Actually a pentagon shape

Do you need a description so you can post it on eBay?

No I just want to know what it is and what kind of turquoise I love it.

I bought it on eBay and just got it today.
