I am interested in purchasing this squash blossom from an estate sale but I would really like to know more about it. Can anyone identify the maker’s mark or possibly related tribal origin
I really appreciate any assistance given!

Diné silversmith Louise Platero was from the Navajo Nation - mother of ten daughters, three sons and two adopted sons. She created and sold fine jewelry to help support her large family. She and her husband Ramon passed the knowledge of making jewelry to their children and grandchildren. Louise Platero’s handmade hallmark is simply—L Platero.
Her jewelry is wonderful.
I concur, Louise Platero.
Louise and Ramon have very distinctive feathers/leaves that resemble holly. They are highly collectible makers. Curious - how much are they asking?
if that’s $1400 something for that squash (and not the piece next to it) the OP should snap it up!!
Welcome to the forums @Allysonlarie.
Nice Blossom! The handmade silverwork is great, especially the beautiful leaves and blossoms. If you get to purchase, maybe you can share some closeups of what looks like wonderful Turquoise stones : )
