I would call this artisan made.
I don’t think Native made at all, even though I see a few little fetishes in there.

Any way to tell if the stones are real? The necklace is very heavy.
It is a mixture of stone and shell, and I even see a nut in there.
The stones are probably dyed.
This thing is probably made in Asia, where Native-style jewelry is often copied and manufactured.

Some of the stones appear to be natural color. I see red jasper, rose quartz and others.
One of the birds appears to either be made made or natural malachite.
