Identifying turquoise

Good afternoon!
I have a piece of turquoise (I believe) that weighs 119 grams, but cannot identify what type it is?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Once it is cut and polished it might reveal more of a clue. I will call it King Manassa, but could be lots of different things. Do you have an idea of where it came from, the state?

Thanks for the info.
I do not know where the turquoise came from, unfortunately.
I will try to locate someone who will cut and polish the stone so that it may possibly make it easier to identify with certainty.
