I’m curious as to why you date it pre 1960? Several things about it point to it being 1970’s or later. Most notably the design, with applique leaf and wire elements, is extremely 70’s. Also the freeform shape turquoise, and watch cuffs as a NA jewelry item weren’t really seen before about then.

I had my son in 1977 and it had been given to me years before so I never thought about it being a recently made item…I just assumed it was from the 60’s….
