This is malachite. Not turquoise.
Can’t rate the silversmithing work but for me doesn’t look like native American.

@lojordan The photos came through. The stones look like malachite. Is the cuff marked “Sterling” or “925”? If not, most likely it would need to be tested to determine metal purity. I see the pictograph hallmark but, I’m not familiar with it. Authentic? Do you mean Native American? Are you wondering if it’s costume jewelry?

It does not have any other markings on it. Very heavy tho

Welcome to the forums @lojordan. This style is not what we generally see in Native American jewelry. Looks like a cool cuff. The details are somewhat difficult to see in this lighting. It would be preferable to see a new set of photos taken in natural daylight.
