Is this consistent with Navajo stamping?

Hello, I’ve had this cuff in my collection for a while. It’s sterling, solid, heavy. I’m curious what the members think regarding the stamping.
Thank You

It looks a lot like those Jay Bond cuffs we had a thread on a while back, with a carinated profile and heavy stamping. Evidently from a company/person not known to be Native American but often sold labeled as such. I take it no hallmarks on yours?

Hi @TaraFawn75

Very attractive bracelet. Looking at the stamps themselves, and the way the work is done, this does not look like Navajo stampwork to me. While the spacing of the stamps and white vs. black space looks professional, and from a practiced hand, the stamps themselves and the way the design is structured looks more African/North African, or even like work from Indonesia, or India to me.

I especially like the diagonal stamping across the top, which one typically doesn‘t see in Navajo bracelets of this type.

Wherever it originated, it‘s got a great ethnic vibe! Thank you for sharing it with us.
