Found this fetish and bead necklace. The long beads look like turquoise. Overall, the carvings don’t look hand-made. Have enclosed close-ups of largest bear. Approx 25" total length. Would appreciate your thoughts as to origin and worth. Thank you.

IMHO, from what I’ve seen and learned here, this looks like an import. The carving is crude and I thought the necklace should have heishi, not beads. The clasp is typical of modern Asian imports. Reminds me of when I see crude modern Chinese jade carvings being passed off as Qing Dynasty. That being said, maybe this is what they are making now.

this may just also be a hobbyist piece - i think all of the things on this strand can be bought in hobby shops these days, or online in bead stores.
