Sandcast swirl design, White Hogan type, with handmade chain. I can’t quite read the hallmark, or figure out if what looks like an “I” is actually part of a box around the hallmark. This is petite in scale, with the swirls being about 3/4" high. There is no hogan hallmark, only the letters and Sterling in script. Thanks.

Hello, this would be Isabelle Kee. I imagine she is in her late 70s, early 80s. We see her frequently and she still makes these beautiful pieces. Thanks for sharing.
